Take some time away, just for you. Reboot your life whilst taking part in activities which are good for your heart and soul. 

You’ll be guided through some gentle soul searching and mindful reflection. Relax with candle-lit yoga, enjoy nutritious plant based food and escape on scenic walks in the fresh air.

Our Retreats are an opportunity to laugh and have fun but there is no pressure to be involved. It’s totally fine to come and have ‘a day just for you' and chill out in the garden or our candle-lit nooks and crannies.

Choose from day or overnight Retreats. Most take place in the beautiful Cherryhill Lodge, nestled at the foot of the Mourne Mountains, with absolutely amazing views.

Retreat Schedule

So you know what to expect, here is a sample Day retreat schedule. Activities are subject to change.

We start our Retreats with tea/herbal teas/coffees/treats and introductions. these introductions are followed by a Health and well being session with some gentle soul searching and mindful reflection; a great way to start the Retreat and focus our minds.

Lunch of home made seasonal salads, soups and breads can be enjoyed in the light filled dining area or in the garden terrace, weather permitting. We often head outdoors  after lunch for a scenic mindful walk in the beautiful surrounding area; the Japanese call it forest bathing.

We return for herbal teas/coffees/treats and then relax with candle-lit restorative yoga and enjoy stunning views from our studio


A little free time is followed by a delicious evening meal of plant based dishes, such as curries, salads, and the best refined sugar free dessert. Our current menu is an Indian inspired theme,  but middle Eastern and Moroccan food are often on the menu too. 


It's time to leave feeling nourished and restored and ready to take on anything!

Day & Overnight Retreats

Day Retreats are perfect for those who are time strapped or have never been on a Retreat and want to try it out for the first time. Overnight Retreats span two days, with more activities and more time to really get away from it all.


Hart & Soul Retreats are an opportunity to take some time just for you, time to stretch and challenge yourself, if you would like to, but also to relax and unwind. All our activities are optional and there are always alternatives for those guests who might prefer to curl up in a cosy corner with a rug, a book, a candle and some music and read, relax or just be.


Many of our Retreats take place in the beautiful surroundings of CherryHill Lodge, a short drive from Newcastle, Co. Down.

DINNER ON DOAN graded ❤️❤️

A special little mountain in the middle of the Mournes with stunning views of many of the Mournes inside the Mourne wall. Doan also has views Silent Valley and Ben Crom Reservoirs.

Head to the Mournes after work. We will  leave from the Ott car park, up and over the Mourne wall into the main area of the Mournes and climb Doan We will have dinner with spectacular views of Silent Valley, Ben Crom and all of the high Mourne mountains before descending  back to the car park, refreshed and yet ready for bed!

6km and 300 m of ascent


Wednesday 16th June at 5pm

Cost is £25 and which includes dinner. 

There is lot of evidence to suggest we should aim for 30 DIFFERENT fruit/veg/nuts/seeds/legumes a week, as well as '5 a day' to improve both our physical and mental health!

All our meals hit the '30 different' target and taste really good too!!
