Hart & Soul Walks
Get active and slow down
Hart and Soul Walks
Our walks are all about getting active outside, connecting with others, as well as ourselves and then slowing down as we refuel with the best homemade food - healthy and delicious!
Our walks are an opportunity to be guided and looked after by an experienced and qualified Mountain Leader with extensive local knowledge. They are graded ❤️, ❤️❤️ or ❤️❤️❤️ depending on length or walk, terrain and height gain.
On the longest day June 21st 2021 we walked up Cavehill, ashamed to admit it but it was my first time ! A fantastic group to walk with and stunning views. Caroline and Gillian make a great team and the food was on another level ... just amazing . Would highly recommend and will definitely do another walk . Thank you both so much for a memorable night !

"Thank you Caroline Hart for a really fun morning. Really recommend an outing with Caroline to help with the stresses of lockdown. She organises great walks and outings for all abilities followed by a delicious lunch outside. Take a look at Hart and Soul Walks."
